Hello! I’m looking out to April or May 2025 for our first ever vacation to Disneyland! When will 2025 be available to purchase vacation packages?

    Hey there, hi there, Hope!

Welcome to planDisney and it's a pleasure to be able to help you! How exciting that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort for the first time next year! You've come to the right place. I and all the other Disneyland Resort specialists would be thrilled to help you plan a truly magical visit!

It seems that we're all kindred spirits here because planDisney panelists are planners at heart and you're planning your first Disneyland Resort Vacation a year in advance. Disneyland Resort Vacation Packages and Hotel reservations have been released around late August in previous years (for example, Guests were able to begin booking packages for 2024 after August 17, 2023). I would recommend following the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news because I anticipate the announcement appearing there first.  In October last year, the reservation window for standard Theme Park Tickets increased to 180 days, so we might possibly hear about 2025 packages a little sooner.

After you select your Vacation Package, be sure that you also make your park reservations when your window opens. Dining reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance each day of your visit, so it's handy to have an idea of which venues you'd like to try. I personally cannot pass up an open spot at Lamplight Lounge

I wish you a wonderful time planning an epic trip, Hope! I love seeing Guests' eyes light up as they walk under the famous Disneyland plaque that says "Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy." You'll come out under the bridge to see Main Street, U.S.A., the scent of fresh popcorn beckoning you forward until you get your first glimpse of Sleeping Beauty Castle. It's truly magical!

If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us again! You can reach me or any of my fellow planDisney friends! Happy planning and we'll see ya real soon!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
