    I'm looking in the app, but not finding our trip that we already purchased. Where do I find our trip info online?

    I am happy to hear you booked a Walt Disney World vacation. Let me help you find all the information you need!

    You can find your information online or on the My Disney Experience app. To find your plans online, log into your My Disney Experience account. Look under "My Plans" for your details. 

    To find your plans on the My Disney Experience app, click on the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right then select "Future Plans".

    If your plans are not showing up, find your Confirmation Number and use the Linking Page to link all your fun plans together. You should find this number on a confirmation email from Disney. If you booked through a Travel Planner or third party, contact them directly for the confirmation number. 

    Still having trouble or cannot find your Confirmation Number? Call a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936 for assistance.  They can look up your reservation and help you link your plans to your My Disney Experience.
