I'm a local AP this year but might move out of state and not renew. Will my photo pass photos taken near the end of my year will still be valid for 12 months or will they expire 45 days after my AP expiration date?

    Hello again, Kristen!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing another great question our way!

It sounds like we’re similar in that we both have an Annual Passport and we’ve chosen to add the Disney MaxPass feature. It’s a great choice because Disney MaxPass allows you to make digital Disney FASTPASS selections on your mobile device using the Disneyland App. It can save you time because you don’t have to visit individual  FASTPASS distribution kiosks. Plus, as an Annual Passholder, you can make FASTPASS selections for either park no matter which park you are currently in. And, Disney MaxPass includes unlimited downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos! Including all the fun photos from your favorite Disneyland Resort attractions!

I have great news for you! According to the Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy, all photos taken while your qualifying Annual Passport is valid for admission to the Disneyland Resort will be available for download until they expire 365 days after they are captured. Anything captured after the period that your qualifying Annual Passport is valid will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.

I’m sorry to hEAR that we may be losing a member of the Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder family. But, if you choose not to renew, know that we will welcome you again soon with open arms whenever you choose to return! In the meantime, if you think of any more questions, please don’t hesitate to swing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    See ya real soon!
