    I'm a little confused on the reservation process. My confirmations appear I have a park reservation date confirmed but I never had to click the 'make park reservation' button. How can I confirm without waiting on phone for 2hrs?

    Jennifer, it does sound like you may have been fortunate enough to purchase a Theme Park ticket under the new system. Disneyland Resort recently announced that Guests now have the opportunity to purchase their tickets and schedule their reservations at the same time. So if you are already seeing a reservation under your Disney account, you’re all set!

    You can also double-check your ticket and reservation by using the mobile app. Simply open the app and sign in. If you do have a reservation, you will see it on the main screen of the app. If not, you will then need to go ahead and select the “make park reservation” button.
