    Hi, I'm a little confused regards gratuities, there are 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) and we are going on a 7 day cruise (western Caribbean) in November, how much should we give, also is there a way to do this online? Thanks for your help

    You are busy planning away for a wonderful cruise this fall on Disney Cruise Line and it is so exciting! I am happy to see you back again with us here the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let’s clear up the gratuity questions so that you will have smooth sailing while planning your vacation. Gratuities on Disney Cruise Line work out to about $12 per cruiser per day and includes all of the members of your pirate crew (as well as infants and children). These gratuities are for your Head Server, Server, Assistant Server and Stateroom Host who will work together as a team to provide your family with excellent service. This gratuity will be charged automatically to your stateroom account at the end of your cruise, and you will have the ability to remove or alter the amount prior to disembarkation if you desire. Currently, there is no way to add gratuities online but you can call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to pay for your gratuities before you board the ship. You still have a little while to plan and good thinking on your part to do it ahead of time. We are always happy to help you, Lisa, and thanks for asking such a great question!
