Hi Anthony!
Welcome to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm happy to explain the process for making park reservations.
However, before I explain about that, I'm pleased to say that
park reservations are no longer required when using our
14-day Magic Tickets because these tickets are date-based. This is great news as it allows us to be more spontaneous with our daily plans. Previously you would select a park reservation for every day that you wanted to enter a theme park. If your preferences changed you could amend your park reservations -
subject to availability. During the busiest times there might be limited availability at some parks, and it could be possible to find your chosen theme park is sold out if you change your plans on the day. This is why I'm happy that our UK Magic Tickets do not require park reservations!
Park reservations are still required for tickets that are not date-based.
There is more good news as our 14-Day Magic Tickets can now be used over a period of 18 days, and don't have to be used on consecutive days. This is so useful if you don't plan to visit theme parks every day, but intend to slot in a few quieter days, at the pool or shopping at Disney Springs.
Disney water park admission is another benefit of our 14-Day Magic Tickets so we have entry to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon or Disney's Blizzard Beach, whichever is open at the time of your visit. It's worth knowing that entry to water parks does not use up one of our 14 days (as long as we are not visiting a theme park on the same day).
Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions, and you can
send me a direct question if you wish. We are happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World!
Sue
