    Hi. I’m a little confused. We are going to Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party. Everything on magic bands. Can we spend the day from rope drop until the party officially begins or we will only be able to get in at 4pm? May we spend the whole day there?

    Hi Jennifer and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I love the thought of starting December with a visit to Walt Disney World and kicking off your holiday season with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! With your party ticket, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 p.m. to begin enjoying the beautiful decorations and festive atmosphere. Be sure to have a good view of Cinderella Castle for A Frozen Holiday Wish. When Elsa transformed the castle it took my breath away!

    If you would like to enjoy a full day at Magic Kingdom Park before the party, you will need to have a separate park ticket. You will need either a one-day ticket to the Magic Kingdom Park or a multi-day ticket to the Theme Parks. 

    I like making the most of a party night by sleeping in and having an easy day so I have the energy to stay to the very end of the party. The Once Upon a Christmastime Parade runs twice during the party and the second parade is always less crowded.
