I'm a little confused about Cinderella's Castle. How much is it? Is it a buffet? I'm seeing something about a photo package? My husband and i are not doing a dining plan. Also Chef Mickeys? How much is that for 2 adults? We will be there February 9-13 2014

    Hi Chloe,

It sounds like you are planning a fun vacation! Cinderella's Royal Table is not a buffet. It is, however, a fixed price. You select an appetizer, entree, and dessert from the menu. If you want more food, they will bring you whatever you ask for. Similar to dining on a cruise ship. When you arrive at the restaurant, you'll take a photo with Cinderella. The picture is included in the price of your meal. The price varies according to the time of year, but generally and adult can expect to pay around $70 per person for dinner. Breakfast and lunch less expensive.

Chef Mickeys is a buffet. They also take a photo before you are seated. However, the cost of the picture is not included in your meal. You will be given the option to purchase it separately. Again, the cost fluctuates according to the time of year you visit, but an adult meal costs around $45 for dinner and is less expensive at breakfast.

Both restaurants are incredibly popular. So I recommend making reservations the full 180 days before you arrive.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
