Hi again, Marieta!
Welcome back to planDisney! I love that you are such a planner that you want to be sure you have all your ducks in a row for your adventure at sea. Proper travel documentation is an incredibly important question because nobody wants to have a problem when it comes to being able to get on and off the ship.
The specific rules for travel visas will depend on which itinerary you are planning on sailing. The best way to know is to check the
Passports, Visas and Citizenship Documentation page on the Disney Cruise Line website. For example, if you are still interested in Alaska cruises and traveling to Vancouver for that itinerary, then I can tell you that U.S. citizens at this time are not required to obtain a visa to enter Canada (subject to change).
Disney Cruise Line does say that it is the Guest's responsibility to identify and obtain all the necessary visas before commencing a cruise. When in doubt, I would
call Disney Cruise Line and a Vacation Planning Specialist would be happy to help you.
You do not need a visa to come back to
planDisney and chat about cruising, Marieta. We are always happy to do that anytime!
SEA ya real soon!
