Hello! I'm a lactating mom. My baby will not be going on this trip with us, so I would like to be able to pump at the parks. Where would this be possible to do?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mariana!

Having nursed three children myself, I am very familiar with the need to know exactly where to go when it was "that time" while in the theme parks. Though it's been almost seven years since my last baby feed, I am still well versed in the delicate dance of being a nursing mom while vacationing at Walt Disney World® Resort.

All theme parks offer Baby Care Centers that feature nursing rooms. The Baby Care Center at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park was my favorite because it offered private cubicles, as does Disney's Hollywood Studios. Magic Kingdom and Epcot offer communal nursing rooms, but there were never more than a few other moms in the room at a time. Additionally, the Baby Care Centers are staffed with Cast Members there to assist guests with any additional needs they may have. I've also leaned the centers are a great place to go if moms are just in need of some Advil.

For an interactive map on all the locations of the Baby Care Centers within the theme parks, select the highlighted link. These spots will be your go-to locations when it is time to pump. I've also attached an informative Moms Panel video regarding the Baby Care Centers for even more information.

I hope this is helpful, Mariana! Please let me know if you have an additional questions. I am here to help you plan a kid-free vacation without compromising your supply.
