Hi there, Meridith! Thanks for swinging by planDisney for help with your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with tickets and reservations. Let me provide some information that might help.
~ You are correct that there are
blockout dates for certain
Magic Key Passes. You can check out the
blockout calendar for details.
~ If your
Magic Key Pass will not be valid for the days you’d like to visit, you will need to purchase
theme park tickets for all Guests age three and older.
~ Each Guest must have a valid theme park ticket and park reservation for each day of their visit.
~
Tickets can be transferred to another Guest’s name if they are wholly unused. Once any portion of a ticket is used, it can only be used by that Guest. In other words, two Guests cannot share a five-day Park Hopper ticket. When you use a ticket for the first time, the Cast Member at the entrance will take a photo of the Guest using the ticket, and from that point forward, only that Guest may use the remaining days on the ticket.
If you still need more help, I suggest contacting
Ticket Services via phone to see if they can assist you prior to your arrival.
Sending a pinch of pixie dust for good luck. Enjoy your magical vacation.
