Hi I’m Jigna, we purchased 2 days entry to park hopper in Nov 2022. We used one day, we didn’t use the second day as we were told by guest relations over the phone the tickets are valid for 1 for one year. We want to use our 2nd day but its not in availb

Hi Jigna! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

The Cast Member you spoke with was indicating that your wholly unused ticket would be valid for a year. For example, admission tickets currently for sale are good through December 30, 2024. Since Disneyland Resort tickets never expire, after that date, the purchase price can be applied toward the purchase of a new admission ticket by paying the difference. However, a 2-day Park Hopper ticket or any standard multi-day ticket is meant to be used in one trip. The days can't be split up months apart, unfortunately. Your visit to the parks on a multi-day ticket doesn't have to take place on consecutive days, but according to Disneyland Resort's Terms and Conditions, once you've visited for one day, the rest of the days left on your ticket must be used within 13 days of first use. These terms appear at the bottom of the transaction page as you're making your purchase and elsewhere on the website. You will also find the Terms and Conditions in the confirmation e-mail for your admission ticket purchase along with the expiration date.

Unfortunately, according to these terms, your admission ticket has been partially used, the use window has closed, and tickets are non-refundable. I'm sure that's not the magical news you were hoping for, Devam. However, Disneyland Resort currently has a California Resident Ticket Offer, which not only is a great value but also offers the ability to space visits. It's a 3-day, 1-park per day offer, and rather than visiting for 3 days in close succession, you can space those visits out anytime between June 12 to September 28, 2023, subject only to weekend blockout dates for the Monday to Thursday ticket option and theme park reservation availability. Park Hopper and Genie+ can be added for an additional cost.

If you'd like to speak with a helpful Cast Member to discuss your misunderstanding of the Terms and Conditions and potentially purchase a California Resident Ticket, you can do so on the Tickets phone line. They'd be happy to assist you.

I hope you get to plan that next visit soon!
