    Hello Moms! I'm an international traveller from Brazil, heading to NY on October 11th. Than, on the 18th I`ll take a domestic flight to Orlando. Will I be able to bypass baggage reclaim and have them dropped in my room? Will I get bag tags in time

    Hello Gustavo!

    Congratulations on your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!
    October will be here before you know it!

    Because you will be flying in to Orlando International Airport domestically for your arrival at Walt Disney World,  you will indeed be able to fully take advantage of the services provided by Disney's Magical Express. If you'll be staying with family in New York, you may consider requesting to have your Baggage Tags and Motor Coach vouchers sent to your family's address in New York. To arrange this, contact Disney's Magical Express directly at 1-866-599-0951 or (407) 939-6244. Be sure to have your Resort Reservation number and Domestic Flight arrival information handy at the time of your call. Explain to the Cast Member assisting you that although you are an International Visitor, your arrival into Orlando will be via a domestic flight after a stay in the United States. 

    Even if you don't arrange to receive your vouchers and tags prior to your arrival in Orlando, you will still be able to use the service. Upon landing in Orlando, simply head straight to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center in the Main Terminal Building, B Side, Level 1. Proceed to the desk with your Disney Resort Confirmation number and your airline baggage claim tags (usually stickers attached to your boarding passes). You'll receive motor coach vouchers at that time and Magical Express Cast Members will proceed to claim your luggage on your behalf. You are then free to get straight onto a coach and head to your resort for check-in right away! Your luggage will come separately by truck and be placed in your resort room later in the day.
