Hi! I'm an international student, currently living in the dorms, in Los Angeles. Would I qualify for the 3 day CA resident pass with my government issued F-1 visa/I-20 that says my full California address?

Greetings, Callista, and welcome to planDisney! I hope you are having a wonderful time in Southern California. Let's talk about the special offer for California residents.

The current 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket offer is valid only for California residents within ZIP codes 90000–96199. To purchase this online, your MyDisney account must have a qualifying California address. To use this ticket for admission, you must have a valid government-issued photo ID showing the eligible address. I spoke with a Cast Member about these requirements, and it seems that you would need a physical, government-issued identification card with the address on it. Other accompanying documents would not suffice.

One option may be to look into the requirements and timing for getting a California ID. The 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets currently on sale are valid through May 21, 2026, subject to reservation availability, so there's still time to get an ID card. However, please note that this limited-time offer may not be available to purchase much longer.

Callista, you could also look into standard 1-day theme park tickets as an alternative – the price ranges from $104 to $224 (subject to change), and you don't need to show proof of residency to use them. I see a few midweek dates in the next two months priced at the lower end of the range. You can get great value by going to the park on one of these days.

I'd also suggest keeping an eye on the Offers & Discounts page on the Disneyland website, as well as the Disney Parks Blog. This is where you’ll often find information about other deals throughout the year. The Disneyland account on Instagram is another good resource, too.

Callista, I hope your dream of spending time at the Disneyland Resort soon comes true! If you think of any other questions between now and then, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!

    Wishing you magic,
    Kriss
