I'm interested in pre-ordering the photo pass photo cd for $ 99.99, but i'm confused on the return policy. Can i get a refund if I'm unhappy with the pictures and decide i don't want the cd?

Hi Janet! I'll be happy to assist you. Take a look at the fine print of Disney's PhotoPass Pre-Arrival Savings Offer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your PhotoPass pictures and decide you no longer wish to order any PhotoPass product(s), you may certainly request a full refund. To remove the PhotoPass Pre-Arrival Savings Offer credit from your PhotoPass account contact Disney's PhotoPass. Keep in mind that once a credit has been applied to an order a refund is no longer possible. In other words, you will not be able to request a full refund if you use the full $99.95 credit, or a partial amount, to order any PhotoPass product(s). On a separate note, make sure to ask PhotoPass photographers throughout the theme parks for Magic Shots. You never know what Disney character may be magically superimposed on your PhotoPass pictures! Please let me know if I may be of further assistance to you. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
