I'm interested in booking the epcot undiscovered future world tour. The info on the website is a little vague. What does this include? Is there food/drink provided? And are any attractions included during the tour?

    Hiya Laura,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited that you are here! Even before the launch of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, EPCOT has been one of my favorite Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I love strolling the World Showcase and enjoying the festivals that are held. Speaking of festivals, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing when you visit in September. It is an incredible event with some of the most fantastic food, drinks, and live music. They’ve already announced some of the lineups for this year’s Eat to the Beat Concert Series, and I’m super excited about it.

However, if you really want to get a feel for the Theme Parks, there is no better way to explore than with a special tour. The UnDISCOVERed Future World tour is a great way to learn more about the Future World West and East pavilions in particular. Unfortunately, the tours have not returned yet, which is why you likely haven’t found a lot of information on this specific EPCOT offering. We are not sure when the tour will return or if it will be reimagined when it does, but I can give you some details on what the tour used to entail. This four-hour walking tour included behind-the-scenes access to one of the most iconic EPCOT structures, Spaceship Earth, several VIP lounges in the Seas, The Land, the Imagination Pavilion, Mission: Space, the Advanced Training Lab, and Test Track. While I was told there is time allotted for you to grab snacks on your own, there is no scheduled dining component for the tour.

If you are interested in a tour that includes EPCOT and Magic Kingdom, I recommend the 50th Anniversary Tour. This incredible limited-time offering celebrates the World’s Most Magical Celebration by exploring Walt Disney World Resort’s history and exciting new attractions. The tour also includes meals at Be Our Guest and Space 220! It truly is an incredible way to explore two iconic Theme Parks.

I hope that I have helped answer your question today. If there is anything else we can help you with, please come back and see us!

    Happy Planning,
