If I’m interested in an annual pass, and I have a bank statement within the last two months that I can bring showing that it has been mailed to that property is that all I need to bring to prove my Florida residency to purchase an annual pass

    Hiya Jessica,

Welcome to planDisney! It is such an exciting time to be a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. Yesterday kicked off V.I. Passholder Summer Days, which will run until July 31st. This summer, there will be more discounts, special lounges, and so much more exclusive for passholders!

Jessica, if you plan on getting a Pixie Dust, Pirate Pass, or Sorcerer Pass, you must provide valid proof of Florida residency, as you mentioned. You can provide mail from a financial institution, including a bank statement, with your Florida address as proof, as long as it is dated within the past two months. You can also provide proof of current mortgage, homeowner’s insurance, utility bill, or mail from government agencies. A Cast Member also shared with me that your proof can also be electronic copies, so there is no need to print anything if you don’t want to. As a reminder, each adult (aged 18 or older) must provide proof of residency that shows they reside at the same residential address.

I hope this was helpful, Jessica. Before I let you go, if you can, I recommend saving some time and verifying your residency at Guest Services in Disney Springs. Sometimes the lines at the theme parks get a little long, so I prefer to stop at Disney Springs for shorter queues. I also can’t pass up the opportunity to grab a sweet treat from Salt and Straw or Gideon’s Bakehouse. Please come back and see us if you need anything else.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
