Hi, I'm hosting our family reunion next Summer (4th of July weekend!) and we're looking for a place to have a meal with all of us together - approximately 45 people! Is there anywhere on Disney property that we can eat together? Price is no problem!

    Hi Emily!

You can definitely do this!  However, it's difficult doing this via the online system as you can't make a single reservation for that many people.  I recommend working with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner or calling Disney directly.  An Authorized Disney Vacation Planner is a travel agent that  specializes in vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, with Adventures by Disney, or on the Disney Cruise Line.

With regards to where to go, it's really easy to have a large group for lunch, even on a holiday weekend at any of the resort hotels.  We've done large group lunches at Kona Cafe and the Whispering Canyon Cafe in the last year; both were nice because you could easily get to them from the Magic Kingdom.  For dinner, there are lots of options outside of the parks.  I recommend figuring out which park you will be at and then picking a nearby resort.

It's harder to do in the theme parks, but not impossible.  We had a group dinner with about 90 people at Teppan Edo in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot last year.  However, it was hard to set up and requires being ready to go when the reservation window opens on the first day that you can make a reservation (typically 180 days in advance).  The Biergarten restaurant in the Germany Pavilion in Epcot is relatively easy to get into with a large group because of the way it is laid out with the large tables.

    Good luck!
