Welcome to planDisney, Perla! Having the correct
travel documentation is very important, so I appreciate your question.
Based on an internet search, as a German passport holder, she does not need a visa for
Jamaica,
Mexico, or
Grand Cayman at this time. Because this can change, I suggest you continue to check with the Embassy of each country. It is each Guest's responsibility to identify and obtain the necessary visas before their cruise begins.
Specific visa questions can be asked of Disney Cruise Line Embarkation Guest Services. They can be reached by calling 1-800-395-9374 and are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (ET). On Saturday and Sunday, they are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET). Select option 1.
Download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before your cruise so you will have access to the onboard activities once your sailing starts. There is also a chat function so that you can keep up with all of the members of your traveling party who also have the app.
Perla, if you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney. We are here to help!
Adventure is out there!
