Hiya Joseph!
Welcome to planDisney! Working while on vacation does not sound like fun but I always say that a day in Disney doing anything is better than a day back home. Wi-Fi in Walt Disney World is
complimentary and available in all the Parks and Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. My brother-in-law came with us on a family trip and had to work every day of the trip. We found that the best location to work with consistent Wi-Fi was the Disney Resort hotel room. It was private, had air-conditioning, you could wear soft pants, and it was quiet.
However, as said by the lovely Mary Poppins, "in every job that must be done, there is an element of fun." If you are looking to explore beyond your room for some work locations I have tried to gather a list.
EPCOT- This Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow has quite a few places that could work well for work. I particularly like Connections Cafe and Connections Eatery. There are outlets and plenty of seating. Just outside there is also plenty of outdoor seating including comfortable Adirondack chairs and benches with nearby outlets as well! (Just don't forget your sunscreen!) The Morocco Pavilion has recently been quiet if you move further into the interior. However, on my last trip, I did enjoy a live band in this area which could be distracting. I also suggest you take a short walk out through the International Gateway and head to Disney's Beach Club Villas which has an area called the Solarium. It has been recently renovated, with plenty of seating, and is very close to EPCOT.
Magic Kingdom Park has quite a few places that could work well for some telework.
Columbia Harbour House is not only my favorite Quick-Service dining reservation but it has a huge and relatively quiet dining area upstairs that is perfect for some remote work.
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant is usually very empty during the day until the Fireworks Dessert Parties. You can work with a great view of Cinderella Castle! Charging locations can be found in the Tangled restroom area if you need it but it can be a bit noisy.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has a delightful and restful place to work at
Nomad Lounge. I hear there are outlets right under the bar!
Flame Tree Barbecue has an extensive outdoor seating area which many don't realize. Just keep walking and you will find tables with seats with shade perfect for some emails. For Disney's Hollywood Studios, the best option I can think of is
ABC Commissary which has a lot of seats and tends to not be crowded throughout the day.
When in the Parks there may be a large amount of users on the network at 1:00 PM and maybe 6:00 PM as guests try to get a spot on an attraction's
Virtual Queue. I recommend avoiding the park Wi-Fi during those times as it may be pushed to the limits. Sounds like that is a good time to enjoy a delicious treat or a refreshing jaunt on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover.
I hope that you find this helpful as you explore Walt Disney World. It sounds like you are a true Disney fan and there is no better place to celebrate that than
D23 in Anaheim, CA! It is always an amazing event!
