I'm hoping to make some custom decals for our magic bands, but I can't find the size of the Mickey head on the puck (not the whole puck, just the Mickey). Where could I find this info?

    Hi Kyla,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I always say that the MagicBand is the perfect mix of Disney form and Disney function. I especially love that the MagicBands give each of us a chance to showcase our Disney style. Personally, I've become a big fan of the MagicKeeper Mickey Lanyard Clip, as I always like to sport a wristwatch (Mickey Mouse style, of course!). Your MagicBand decal craft project sounds really cool and fun! I took at look at one of my MagicBands for you. The etched Mickey icon on the puck measures 5/8-inch wide from ear-to-ear and 4/8-inch long from from top (the ears) to bottom. There's space around the Mickey icon on the puck that measures 1/8-inch on the left side and right side, and 2/8-inch on the top and bottom. I hope this information is helpful for your creative approach to customizing your MagicBands.

Kyla, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation with your sure-to-be-cool personalized MagicBands!

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
