Hi Becky,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad to hear you had a fantastic trip to Disney World. I'm sure you made many core memories during your stay! My family always takes advantage of Memory Maker - it's such a great way to capture those memories (and make sure your whole group is in the photos!) so you can look back on them in the future. Let's take a look at how to activate your Memory Maker. First, you'll need to link Memory Maker to your myDisney account on the My Disney Experience App (you can also do this on the Disney World website). To link it on the app:
Once you have linked your Memory Maker, you can activate it by opening the main menu (≡), scroll until you see the heading "Disney PhotoPass" and then click on "Photo Gallery." When you click on a photo, you'll see the option to activate. Follow the rest of the prompts and you're good to go! You'll be able to see all of your photos and videos without the watermark and then you can download or share them as you wish.
I hope the PhotoPass Photographers caught many of your family's magical moments! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to visit us again at planDisney. We're always happy to help!Adventure is out there,Candace
