I'm heading to WDW April 22-26, with my mother, my husband and my 3 y.o. son. We'd like to do an in-park character breakfast that is not at the Magic Kingdom. For my son, Mickey's presence is a must. Donald and Goofy would be great as well. Any help?

    Hi K,

The only character breakfast that features Mickey Mouse in a theme park is Donald's Safari Breakfast at the Tusker House in Animal Kingdom.  The food is great, and Mickey, Donald and friends are dressed ready for a Safari.  It's also extremely popular, so I recommend making reservations as soon as possible.

If you're not locked in to having breakfast, Garden Grill at Epcot has a character dinner.  The food is served family style, and you rotate through several different scenes of the Living with the Land attraction while you dine.  Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale are dressed as farmers, and I believe that some of the food is even grown in the Land greenhouses.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
