I'm headed to Disneyworld in two weeks. I have the deluxe dining plan and made reservations for 4 out of the 7 nights we're there and want to keep a few nights free. Do I need to make reservations in order to get a sit down meal or can I wait for a

    Hi Emily!

Your vacation is right around the corner! How exciting! I'm glad to hear that you chose a Disney Dining Plan. They make vacation budgeting and planning so much easier! When I travel with a dining plan, I like to leave a few nights free too! I would recommend that you make reservations for your "must-do" restaurants and when you arrive decide on the others. If you have the My Disney Experience App, you can often find last minute reservations. You can also try doing a "walk-in" to some restaurants but that can be hit or miss.

It's been a real pleasure assisting you Emily. If you need any other recommendations, maybe for restaurants or any other planning need, please feel free to send me your questions!

Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Happy Planning!
