Hello, Jacquelyn. From one
Magic Key holder to another, welcome to planDisney! I love that you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort with your friend. I can't think of a better place to catch up and have a good time! Let's talk about your Magic Key holder benefits.
I like making time to shop whenever I am at the parks, especially along Main Street, U.S.A. You never know what you'll discover! Have you seen the
70th Anniversary collections that are coming soon? Everything looks amazing. There are many great perks to being a Magic Key holder, and the
discounts on food and merchandise are certainly beneficial. However, Jacquelyn, I do not recommend sharing your discount with your friend. The
Magic Key Terms and Conditions state that discounts are for personal use only and may not be used for the benefit of others, including people who are not the Magic Key holder. The name on the Magic Key pass being used for a discount should match the name on the form of payment being used.
You can, however, have her as your Guest at
Magic Key Terrace – it's a nice spot for lunch with great views. Only one person needs to be a Magic Key holder, and they may bring up to four Guests. I absolutely love the
Caesar Salad and Jolly Tomato-Basil Soup.
If you have an Inspire or Believe Key, you can get free
PhotoPass digital photo downloads. My favorite spots include Sleeping Beauty Castle, in front of the Partners statue, and with Mickey and his pals in Town Square.
Ahead of your visit, you can also visit the website to check out
seasonal extras and experiences for Magic Key holders. The information can also be found in the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland mobile app.
Jacquelyn, I hope you and your friend have a magical time together at the Happiest Place on Earth. If you have any other questions, you know where to find us!
Your pal,
Kriss
