Hi Kathryn! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you have been busy trying to get all the details in place for your arrival in just a few days! I know how busy it can be to plan a vacation, as well as how frustrating technical issues can become, but it will all be worth it when you are strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. You should be very excited!
The first thing you need to do is have everyone in your party either on your
My Disney Experience account, or linked to your account if they have their own accounts. To do this, go to "My Friends & Family" under the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu on the
Walt Disney World website. Once you are logged in to your account, scroll down and select "Add a Guest." Click on "I'll enter their name and age" and enter all the information for Guests that will be on your same account, or simply change the age to "18+," then choose "Invite this Guest to connect" to link with someone that already has their own My Disney Experience account. Once the Guest is entered, or they have accepted the invitation to link, you are ready for the next step!
Everyone will need to have a
Walt Disney World theme park ticket linked to them on My Disney Experience. Once their ticket is linked, then you can make
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone. Availability varies based on the type of ticket (regular theme park ticket versus Annual Pass), and if a Guest is a
Disney Resort hotel Guest or not. If you all have the same type of tickets and/or Disney Resort hotel status, you should all be able to get the same Disney Park Pass reservations (subject to availability).
If you are still having trouble after trying all of the above, you can
give Disney a call at (407) 939-4357 and have a Cast Member troubleshoot the problem with you. They are always so helpful!
I hope you have a wonderful vacation, Kathryn! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
