    I’m having trouble renewing my magic passes online the link aren’t working for me and when I put in the pass numbers to renew it states “there is an account attached to the magic key”

    Hello Alisa! 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you very much for bringing your question our way! 

    Currently, Disneyland Resort Magic Keyholders have the opportunity to renew during their renewal window (up to 30 days before the pass expiration date.) This can be done via the Disneyland Mobile App or the Disneyland Resort website. And, California residents do still have the option to use Monthly Payments for Magic Key renewals. 

    If you are experiencing issues with the renewal process, please contact Magic Key Services at (714) 781-7277 for assistance with your Magic Key renewal. A Cast Member in that department will be more than happy to assist you. You can also stop by a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth for assistance.
