I’m having trouble in purchasing tickets. It says - “An error occured. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, please try at a later time.”

Hi there, Janina! Welcome to planDisney! I can see that your trip is right around the corner, so let's zip over to your question and get you on the way to the Happiest Place on Earth!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having technical difficulty purchasing tickets! I have a few troubleshooting tips and tricks that we can try. If you are on the website, I would go ahead and quit the internet program that you are using and open it back up again. You might even want to shut down the computer and turn it back on to start fresh. It's the good, old-fashioned shut down/restart method. It may also just be the case that the website itself was having a bit of a moment. Sometimes it just needs a bit of time to come back online and a few fellow Guests experienced something similar in the last few days. I'll throw a little pixie dust on this and see if that helps! If you are still having issues, I would give our fabulous Cast Members in Guest Services a call at (714) 781-4636. They will be happy to help you!

Once those tickets are confirmed, you'll want to make sure you have secured a theme park reservation. Reservations help Sleeping Beauty know how many people to expect to walk through her castle each day! Since we are just 10 days out, I would try to do this as soon as you can! I just took a peek at the theme park reservation availability calendar and there are still reservations available for Park Hopper tickets! With summer upon us, these may get scooped up quickly. If you purchase your ticket on the website, you will make a reservation as part of the check-out process. If you purchase it through a Cast Member online, you will likely then need to log into the website and navigate to the "Parks & Tickets" tab and click on "Tickets and Reservation Details". Tap into the "Make Park Reservations" button and follow the prompts from there. The good news is that Guests are always changing their plans and reservations can be canceled and rescheduled. This calendar updates live to these changes, so even if your date is booked, I would keep checking as reservations may open up!

Janina, so much magic awaits! While you're packing and planning, you might want to take a listen (or watch!) to Episode 2 of the planDisney Podcast! It talks ALL about the return of the nighttime spectaculars with some very valuable tips for viewing spots! It was filmed in front of "it's a small world" which makes it extra magical! You can take a look at the Entertainment Schedule ahead of your visit to EARmark your must-see spectaculars! There are also episodes on all things Star Wars giving you insider information on Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and a Halfway To the Holidays episode with all the happy haunts and holly jolly tips for the season!

If you have any more planning questions, come back to see us here at planDisney! We are always here for you!

    Keep wishing on those stars,
    Tara
