I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble purchasing your Walt Disney World tickets, Davi. Here are a couple of things that may help troubleshoot the issue. When you’re entering your
Disney Gift Card details on the checkout page, ensure that you’re entering both the gift card number and the Extended Account Number (EAN), sometimes also called Security Code or PIN. This is a 4- or 8-digit number that may be located by gently removing the covering from the back of your card. Note that you are limited to using two forms of payment per transaction. This means that if you are using a Disney Gift Card and a credit card for any remaining balance, you would only be able to use one Disney Gift Card in that transaction.
If you’re still having trouble, Davi, I recommend
contacting Walt Disney World Resort directly. A friendly Cast Member will be more than happy to help and should be able to sort out any problems you are having.
You’re visiting at a great time. The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is on until June 1. The park is beautiful with fun Disney character topiaries and vibrant garden displays. Plus, there are plenty of delicious eats and sips at the various Outdoor Kitchens throughout the park. Check out the
