Hi there, Annabel. Welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry you're having trouble getting your reservation connected in the
My Disney Experience app. As we all know, technology is not always perfect, but once we sort through this issue, you'll be one step closer to having a magical time at
Walt Disney World Resort!
My first troubleshooting recommendation is to make sure that you have all six Guests listed on your original Disney Resort Hotel reservation. If you happen to only have four Guests listed on the room, those will be the only ones that show up as options when linking the reservation to your My Disney Experience app.
You could also try to
link your reservation online instead. When you open the page, choose the option for "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." You'll then be prompted to log in to your account and input your Disney Resort Hotel confirmation number and last name. Once it finds your reservation, you'll be asked to match Guests, just as you've experienced on the app. If the same issue arises here and all of your Guests are still not listed, it may be time to call in some reinforcements!
Sometimes the digital space can be tricky, and without having all of your personal information, I may have reached as far as my personal magic wand can handle. Lucky for you, Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members are far more magical and this is a problem they can fix! You have a few options in regards to
contacting a Cast Member. Due to the specific nature of your question, I'd recommend a phone call to the number listed for "My Disney Experience and MagicBands." If you'd like, there is also an option to send an email or chat with a Cast Member, which you'll find in the top right corner of the
directory page.
Annabel, I do hope you're able to solve this pesky problem soon!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
