Hi there, Madel! Welcome to planDisney. I see that we are just a day or so away from your park day, so let's get right to your question!
If you purchased tickets on the
Disneyland website, you would have made a
theme park reservation as part of the checkout process. I'm crossing my fingers and tossing a little pixie dust in the air that this is the case for you! We can see if there is already a reservation attached to your ticket by navigating to the "Parks & Tickets" tab on the website and selecting "
Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. You should see the option to "View My Park Reservations". Once you are on the next page, you can scroll down to see any current reservations organized by date. See anything? If not, let's move on to step 2.
Let's make sure that your ticket is properly linked to your account. If you open up the
Disneyland Mobile App and tap the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner, you should see an option to view "Tickets & Passes". Here, you should see the ticket you are hoping to use this week. If not, you can tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". Either manually enter the ticket confirmation number or scan the barcode if you have it handy! Once your ticket is linked, tap the "+" in the bottom navigation bar and select "Make a Park Reservation". I can see from the
theme park availability calendar that there is still availability for June 21st for Disney California Adventure Park if you have a One Park Per Day Ticket. Both parks are currently available for Park Hopper Tickets. Note that reservations are limited and subject to change, so be sure to grab it if you see it!
If you're still having difficulty making a reservation for June 21st, you may be holding a lower-tiered ticket than is required for that particular date. This would only be the case if you have a single-day ticket as they are seasonally priced. June 21st requires a ticket that is
Tier 4 or higher. You can check the tier for your ticket by pulling up your original ticket confirmation email or taking a look at it in your app like we did above. If you happen to be in Tier 1-3, you may be able to upgrade your ticket by visiting the Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person. The only caveat here is that you would be subject to the availability of same-day reservations. If you're hoping to go this route, I would check the reservation calendar before heading over to the parks that morning.
If these tips didn't shed any light on why you are having some difficulty making that reservation, I would go ahead and give the
Guest Services team a call ahead of your visit. They would be happy to help you!
Madel, I sure hope you are walking down Main Street, U.S.A. in just a few days! I know this was a lot to sort through, so please feel free to reach back out to us here at
planDisney if you have any more questions.
Magic awaits!
