    I’m having trouble linking my tickets to the Disney app

    Hello Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney with an important question.

    I would be happy to assist you in linking your tickets to the My Disney Experience mobile app before you can make the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs.

    First, open the My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Choose the “Tickets and Passes” button from the menu. Tap the “+” sign and then select the “Link Tickets & Passes” button. Now you can enter your confirmation number or Will Call ID number, then submit and assign the ticket.

    If you are still having issues, it could mean that the First Order is trying to interfere in your mission to celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary. You may need to speak to a Cast Member who can offer you further assistance by calling (407) 939-4357.

    Don’t forget that once your tickets are successfully linked, make your Theme Park Pass reservations. Each person in your travel party will need a reservation for each park you are planning to enjoy, along with a valid admission ticket.
