My Disney Experience Account. That is one of the first steps we always recommend when planning! Once your
Theme Park Tickets are linked, you can then make
Park Pass Reservations for yourself and anyone traveling with you and has valid Theme Park Tickets.
Whenever trying to help anyone link their Tickets, I always start with the same few suggestions. First, try to do this on a web browser if you have not already done so. Sometimes, this is more reliable than doing so directly on the app. Next, make sure you use the Disney-provided confirmation number, which is often buried within the email if you purchased your Tickets from an external (non-Disney) website. Third, if you’ve tried those other steps to no avail, simply
contact Disney Reservations via telephone for further assistance. They can help navigate the unique circumstances that may be keeping your Tickets locked up in some way!
