I'm having trouble linking a resort reservation I made through a travel agent to my disney experience

    Hiya, Elizabeth!

Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am delighted that you have stopped by with your planning question. Springtime is such a great season to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you will be spending time at EPCOT during your stay be sure to check out the International Flower & Garden Festival. Adorable topiaries, unique small plates, and fabulous music make this festival a great way to spend an evening.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your upcoming adventure to your My Disney Experience account. My first recommendation would be to confirm your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation number with your travel agent. There has been a time or two when I have misread or completely missed a number when linking various plans! If you have a digital copy of your reservation confirmation, these helpful links can take you directly to the correct location to put in the confirmation number. My preferred method is to link my reservations through My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website. Select the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Then choose the blue hotel icon and select Link a Reservation. It is also important that you are entering the last name listed on the reservation even if it is different than yours. It can take up to 24 hours after booking for some reservations to be able to be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If you have the correct confirmation number and the reservation is still unable to be linked to your account, I recommend reaching out to the My Disney Experience team by phone. A friendly Cast Member may have a few suggestions that will help you get that reservation linked so that you can get back to planning the best trip ever.

I hope that your upcoming trip is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
