    i’m having trouble linking my reservation to make park reservation

    Hi Teandrea!

    Thank you for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! I am thrilled to be assisting a fellow Floridian! I am so sorry that you are having problems linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience Account. I had a similar issue in the past and had to call Guest Services so that they can access my account with me on the phone. They were able to correct the issue so that I could make my Disney Park Pass Reservations. You can call Guest Services at 1 (407) 939-4357 and you want to make sure that you have your confirmation number handy. Hope this helps!

    Quick tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone before your trip! Here you can see wait times for attractions and even where you can place a mobile order for many of the fast food kiosks!
