Hey Louise! What's the sitch?
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question today. The My Disney Experience service can make planning a Disney vacation easier and more convenient, but it can also be challenging. I might not be a tech pro like our friend Wade, but I am happy to help. Together, there is nothing we can't do!
Now, I will need you to grab your Kimmunicator, or "smartphone," as people call it, or your computer so that you can log into your
My Disney Experience account. The first thing I would recommend to fix this issue is to either close your mobile app or refresh the web page you are using. Then, log into your account and click on "My Plans" and "Add More Plans" online. If you are using your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right of your screen and then on "Tickets and Passes." You should then be able to link your tickets by using
the barcode number from your will-call ticket confirmation. If you are still experiencing issues, I would recommend trying to log into your account on a different browser. To make sure Dr. Drakken will not see your plans,
use a recommended browser and avoid using Internet Explorer. Similarly, if you are using your computer, try logging in on your Kimmunicator, or "smartphone." In addition, make sure that your ticket has not already been linked without your realizing it. Indeed, if you were logged into your account while buying your tickets, they might have already been linked to your profile. However, if this is not the case and the other troubleshooting strategies did not work, I would recommend
sending a transmission to our pal Wade's Cast Member friends. Indeed, they will be able to help with any technical issues and are always there to help.
Once your tickets are correctly linked, don't forget to
make your theme park reservations! You can log into your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the plus sign in the middle of your screen and on "Make a Park Reservation." Then, select the type of tickets you have and make your theme park reservations. I always recommend looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar so you do not have any unpleasant surprises. Thankfully, I can see that your travel dates are wide open, so you should not have any issues. Make sure to plan a day at EPCOT as I know that Dr. Drakken and Dr. Doofenshmirtz have caused trouble in the past around the World Showcase. We might just need an agent on the field, so have your
My Disney Experience mobile app ready.
I hope this was helpful, Louise, and that you and your family will have the best day ever on your next Disney mission. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit or need us to save you from yet another evil plan of Dr. Drakken, don't hesitate to reach out. Call us, beep us if you wanna reach us!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
