    Hi, I’m having trouble buying online tickets for Disneyland. I’ve tried three different credit cards and none of them work. Can you help me?

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble purchasing your tickets online. I'm not quite sure what the problem may be, but I would check a few things:

    • Ensure that the address you have entered matches the billing address of the credit card. I see that you reside in Mexico, so make sure to choose Mexico from the country list if prompted. 
    • Double check the credit card number and the three-digit security card from the back of your card. If these don't match up, you could get an error message.
    • Check the expiration date you have entered. 
    If you've done all of these things to no avail, then you'll want to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can complete your transaction over the phone. 

    Keep in mind that after you purchase your tickets, you will need to make theme park reservations for each day you wish to visit the parks. You can do this online or on the Disneyland app.
