    I’m having trouble adding the 4 tickets for my family in “my Disney experience” app into magic mobile/apple wallet. I’m getting message saying “there was an error adding 4 passes to wallet.” I have reservations at the parks-but how will I actually get in?

     Welcome to planDisney, Kim. It looks like you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next week! You must be so very excited. 

     I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty with Disney MagicMobile. I just created my family's Disney MagicMobile passes and added them to my Apple Wallet a few days ago. I did encounter a hiccup right off the bat. My iPhone hadn't been recently updated, so I needed to complete the system update before I could even start to create Disney MagicMobile passes. If your phone is updated, I would also check to make sure your Apple Wallet is all set to go. I took some time to delete old airline passes and theater tickets in my Apple Wallet that were needlessly taking up space. I recommend restarting your phone then and trying to create your Disney MagicMobile passes one more time. If you still get the same error message, not to fret! You can certainly call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-4357. A friendly Cast Member there may be able to help you get your Disney MagicMobile passes added to your Apple Wallet over the phone. 

     If your Disney MagicMobile passes don't get added to your Apple Wallet ahead of your arrival, you don't have to worry about how you'll enter the theme parks. Just stop by the Guest Relations window at any of the four theme parks or Guest Relations at Disney Springs. It's a good idea to take the email confirmation you received when you purchased your Theme Park Tickets online. Everyone in your party will be issued an admission card that you'll use to enter the theme parks. Just tap your admission card to the Mickey Mouse symbol at the turnstiles and you'll be off on pixie-dusted adventures in no time! 

     I'm glad to hear you have the My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded on your phone already. This handy tool is magic at your fingertips! The My Disney Experience mobile app has lots of cool features, but I especially love that I can use it to place mobile food and beverage orders at select Quick-Service dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. As a mom of three, I'll take all the convenience I can get!
