    I'm having issues with booking Genie+ both on the app and online. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm supposed to book it the day of?

    Your Disney adventure is just around the corner! Have you already started to count down the days? I am very excited for you, and I cannot wait for you to make pixie-dusted memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Have you tried modifying your tickets to add Disney Genie+? While using the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select Tickets and Passes, find your ticket, and tap Change Ticket. If you still cannot purchase Disney Genie+, you will have to buy it via the My Disney Experience app on the date of your visit, just as you will do if you decide to make individual Lightning Lane purchases for attractions not included with Disney Genie+.
