Hi there, Nicole,I was having trouble adding the unlimited download photo package to our upcoming cruise too. After a little trial and error, I got it worked out. I'd be happy to share my experience with you.I started on the My Reservations page of the Disney Cruise Line website. At the bottom of our first reservation, I found a tile with the heading "Vacation Photos – Book Now and Save." Clicking on the "Learn More" button took me to the photo packages information page. The part that made me a little confused was that the "Get Started" button on the photo packages page took me back to the My Reservations page where I started. So it felt like I was going in circles! This is where it took some experimentation for me to figure out how to reserve the photo package. What I learned is that if my cruise is paid in full and if I'm already within my booking window for early access to activity planning according to my level of Castaway Club status, I can click on the "My Plans" tab to locate the photo package. I found it by selecting "Add Activities" and then "Onboard Fun" for "Day 1" of our cruise. The first option displayed for our cruise is "Photo: Unlimited Package." The "Select" button allows me to reserve a purchase of the photo package, even allowing all passengers in my stateroom to be included in the valid guests associated with the package.I hope that helps clear things up for you too, Nicole. May you be blessed with many magical memories included in your Disney cruise photo package. From candid photos during character meets, to photos at select meals during your Rotational Dining experience, and even to snapshots taken at one of Disney's private island locations in the Bahamas, the professional photographers aboard the Disney Cruise Line are some of our most effective partners in making our Disney vacations special and making those memories last a lifetime.Have a great cruise, Nicole!~Tony
