    I'm having difficulty ordering my customized magic bands. Ia there a issue with the site

    Hi Chandra! 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    How exciting it is to be able to now, not only customize your MagicBand by color and adding a name, but to also to be able to choose from some of our favorite Disney characters. 

    Over the last couple of days, since Disney launched the new MagicBand link/website, there have been a few technical issues. Sometimes the link worked, and other times it appeared as though Stitch got a hold of it. I would suggest continuing to check the website often, or even try using the My Disney Experience mobile app or a different internet browser. You'll have until September to submit your final customization request before your MagicBands are shipped to your home. 

    Chandra, don't forget that during your visit Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party will be happening. So, if you have questions about Halloween events, what costumes are permitted, or what's to do outside of the theme parks, we're more than happy to help you!
