Hey there, Lindsay, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! I’d be more than happy to point you in the right direction with your Theme Park Reservations!
Lindsay, I’m sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty navigating the website and securing your
Theme Park reservations. Since Walt Disney World currently requires all Guests visiting the Theme Parks to have a Disney Park Pass reservation and Theme Park Tickets for successful entry, securing reservations is pretty important. Before the system will allow you to make your desired reservations, you first have to link your Theme Park Ticket purchase to your
My Disney Experience account. If you have not linked your Theme Park Tickets, you can use the
online linking tool to follow the needed prompts and link your tickets to your account. With your tickets linked, you can head back over to the Disney Park Pass system and secure your desired reservation dates. This is a fairly new step in the
Disney Vacation Planning process, and we are all learning our way around the new changes! And as my toddler likes to say, “Teamwork makes the dream work!” I like to think he gets his wit from me, but it’s probably more influenced by Bluey.
While I am unable to make your Theme Park Reservations on your behalf, an
Existing Tickets Cast Member may be able to provide additional assistance. If you are still unable to book your reservation using the steps outlined above, I recommend making a quick call to speak with a Cast Member.
I hope this helps, Lindsay! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
You’ve got a friend in me,
PG
