Hi I’m having a bit of confusion with Park Hopper and a MNSSHP. I planned a short trip. Our arrival date is the Halloween party date and I have a 2 day park hopper. If I do the Halloween party, just party, I still have both days for my park hopper?

Welcome back to planDisney, Ashlee! Keep those questions coming as we love to answer them!

Your 2-day theme park ticket with the Park Hopper Option is separate from your ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If they are both linked to My Disney Experience, you should see them listed separately. And as long as they are both linked to your account, when you scan into the party, your party ticket will be used. If you are scanning in on another day or earlier on your party day, one of the 2 days of your standard theme park ticket will be used.

To check that everything is linked properly, simply log into your MyDisney Account and select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu. Underneath the heading "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Here's where you should see all of the tickets linked to your account. You can also do this by logging into the My Disney Experience mobile app, clicking the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, selecting the "My Tickets & Passes" tile, and you can scroll to see all of the tickets linked to your account. If you find that something isn't linked, you can go to the linking page, click the"Select" button under "Tickets," fill in the ID number, and follow the prompts from there.

On the day you are going to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you're usually able to tap into the park using your party ticket starting at 4 p.m. You will see signs directing you where to enter (or line up) for the party. If you attempt to scan in earlier than 4 p.m. at turnstiles that are intended for day Guests, one of the days of your 2-day theme park ticket will likely be used. If you ever have any questions or doubts, ask the friendly Cast Members and they will happily direct you on where to go!

Ashlee, sometimes these short trips give you the jolt of magic you need in your life. Be sure to take a peek at the specialty treats that will be available for purchase during the party and the merchandise you're going to want to buy...and of course, take advantage of the included Trick-or-Treat Trails!

If you have any other questions, I'm here for you.

Leaves are falling and Disney is calling,
