If I'm with my guest at the Droid Depot and we're only building one Droid, are we both allowed to work on it or am I the only one allowed to use the tools and build it? Is my guest able to help in the experience ? (Both of us are adults)

Bright Suns, Katherine! We've received your transmission at planDisney and are here to help. Thank the maker!

It sounds like you'll be traveling to a galaxy far, far away very soon and will be landing in Black Spire Outpost in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Every adventure needs a sidekick and I'm so excited to hear that you'll be building your own droid friend at Droid Depot! This secret location has been kept hidden from the prying eyes of the First Order, so be on the lookout for stormtroopers.

Katherine, when looking at the Droid Depot page, it states that there can only be one builder and one Guest when building the droid and that the Guest cannot participate in building the droid. I know this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but fear not! I think that your Guest is going to have a great time observing this unique building process. Even though they won't be able to use the tools to build, they will still be alongside for the ride and will still feel part of the experience. Then, you both can watch your new astromech unit interact with the different areas in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! Also, the fun doesn't have to stop there. You can download and use the Droid Depot app once you return back to your home planet of Earth, allowing you to create virtual paths for your droid to follow, and even teach it to dance to the tunes of DJ R3X!

While you're on planet Batuu, you'll want to refuel after your long journey. I'd highly recommend making a pit stop at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo (make sure to try out the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread - trust me!). My best tip is to mobile order your food using the My Disney Experience app, which makes ordering your food easier than a Jedi mind trick. You're sure to get your food in less than 12 parsecs! Then, finish off your day with a few galactic libations at Oga's Cantina. You'll never know what kind of curious creatures you'll meet there!

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Katherine. If anything else pops up, please send us another transmission. And may the Force be with you!

    'Til the Spires!
