Bienvenue! Emilie, thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. I see you are due to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth this Spring, one of the best times to visit. Balmy weather and festivals like
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival mean you'll have a wonderful time. Looking at your arrival date, you might be able to catch the last celebrations of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World - I highly recommend
Harmonious!
Walt Disney World offers Disability Access Service (DAS) to Guests who, because of a disability, cannot wait in a typical queue environment. Once DAS is in place, it usually allows up to five fellow Guests to select return times for experiences rather than waiting in line.
Emilie, as a non-U.S. resident, I want to let you know that preregistering for DAS is not possible from France or outside the States at this time. Not to worry, you can certainly still obtain DAS, and it will only take a few moments.
Once you arrive at any Walt Disney World theme park, speak with
Guest Relations to determine if DAS would be a good fit. You will only need to do this once for DAS to be valid for your entire trip. It's a simple and quick process with very helpful Cast Members. The person who needs the DAS service must be present for the interview. Cast Members can help with other needs too, such as guidance on storing and refrigerating necessary medicine.
Emilie, I hope this information helps you, and should you need anything further ahead of your Walt Disney World trip, I will be right here. Louise
