Im going with a group of 10 people to Oogie boogie but Since its only allowed to buy 8 tickets 2 pol run the risk of not getting a ticket. Can the other 8 be cancelled? We really want to go but dont want to risk not getting 10 tickets

Hi Alejandra! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disneyland Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure Park is a much-anticipated party. Whether you love villains, candy, or costumes, there's something spooky for everyone. My family's favorite part about the season is definitely going all out with our costumes, and there's something extra special about being in costume at the parks. Lots of people get in the spirit of things, so I know many Guests are excited to purchase tickets for this year. And finally, the sale is almost here!

It's an incredibly popular party, and it may sell out quickly, which means some of your group may not be successful in securing their tickets to the event. I hope that's not the case! The limit on ticket purchases is 8 tickets per Guest per event night. You should be aware, however, that you can't cancel any tickets you purchase. So, if one Guest buys 8 and no one else is successful, you can't cancel and get a refund on the 8 you bought. According to the terms of purchase, tickets are non-refundable and can't be resold or transferred for commercial purposes. You're welcome to gift any tickets you won't use, but not cancel or resell them. If it's all for one and one for all with your adventuring group, gifting tickets if you can't secure more than 8 might be your only option.

With the size of your group, you'll need at least two people attempting to buy Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. To increase your chances of successfully snagging your tickets, be sure you know which date your group should be eligible to enter the waiting room to purchase. Do you have a Magic Key? Magic Key holders can buy in advance of other Guests. Each day of sales, the waiting room opens at approximately 8:45 AM, Pacific Time. Be ready to refresh that screen to enter the waiting room.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Happy haunts!
