Maureen from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I’m a grandparent, my grandchildren are out of state. Can I buy them tickets for Christmas?

Hello, Maureen. Thank you so much for reaching out to us!

Wow. The Walt Disney World Resort for Christmas! I can't think of a better present. I can just imagine their faces when they discover that their grandparent is treating them to a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. No matter what age, there will be so much that they will enjoy, and they will be thanking you for a very long time to come.

All Guests 18 years of age and older will need to provide appropriate proof of residency to use a theme park ticket purchased with a Florida Resident Offer. While Guests under 18 do not need to provide proof of residency at this time, they must be accompanied by a Guest who has.

The Spring Break season is a great time to visit the resort. Typically, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is taking place. This festival is quickly becoming my favorite EPCOT festival with its beautiful flower displays, interactive activities, and Outdoor Kitchens. Follow along with the Disney Parks Blog to see when it will be offered in 2025! And while not spring-specific, the brand-new attraction Zootopia: Better Zoogether in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is slated to open this winter, meaning it may be open when your grandchildren visit in March. So exciting!

Maureen, enjoy the smiles on those precious grandchildren's faces. And be prepared to be crowned Grandparent of the Year! But I'm sure you already have that title...we'll just have to make it official.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out!

Sometimes, the smallest things take up the most room in your heart,
    Matt
