Hi, I'm a Grand Mother for 5 - they will be 3, 4, 5,. 6 and 7. Plan to take 6 adults and 5 children April of next year 2012. Our first time and lookiing for a place for their age group - in the Park - a really fun pool - want to have our rooms.

    Hi Carik,

What amazing memories you will be making taking your grandchildren to WDW!

I think your question was cut off, but what I think you are looking for is a resort with a great pool.  Hands-down, the Yacht Club and Beach Club (sister resorts) share a pool that is the spectacular: 3 acres of swimming fun with a lazy river, large winding pool, kiddie pool, a 300 foot slide, and a sand bar that is perfect for little ones. Did I mention the pool has a sand bottom? It is nearly a water park in itself. In fact, this pool area is strictly for resort guests and is closely monitored to ensure this.  Also right next door are the Beach Club Villas, which are part of the Disney Vacation Club, so guests have accommodations that are more "home" like with kitchens, bedrooms, and washer/dryer.  Guests are welcome to reserve these rooms without having a Disney Vacation Club ownership.  You can click on the above links to explore the resorts, and you may want to look at www.allearsnet.com as well for more pictures.

Also, these resorts are within walking to distance to Epcot and for a little longer walk (or boat ride) to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I do need to note that these are on the higher price range.  If you'd like ideas that are from a different price range, please don't hesitate to ask me or the panel more questions.
