Hi Christina,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. You have come to the right place, because this Momma LOVES a magical margarita, and whether you like yours Elsa-style (frozen) or Ariel-style (on the rocks –
see what I did there?), I’ve got a Walt Disney World margarita with your name on it.
First stop on our margarita tour is Epcot's Mexico Pavilion. At the outdoor Choza de Margarita stand, my favorite is the Fiesta, which is a frozen, swirled combination of lime, wild strawberry, and passion mango. Inside the Mexico Pavilion, you absolutely must visit
La Cava del Tequila, which offers top-shelf tequilas mixed into some inventive cocktails. You really can’t go wrong here, but I say treat yourself to the blood orange flavor of the Casa Dragones margarita for a truly special experience.
Probably my favorite magical margarita is the pineapple one at
Maya Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. My advice is to visit the resort for a dinner reservation timed around sunset, when the sky looks dreamy reflected in the resort’s central lake, which the restaurant overlooks. Maya Grill is a hidden gem with a fantastic menu, including a really delicious bread service involving jalapeno cornbread with a chimichurri dipping sauce.
You’ll find margaritas on the menu at several Table-Service restaurants around Walt Disney World, as well as at Dockside Margaritas locations on Disney’s BoardWalk and in Disney Springs. I hope you have an amazing time taste-testing, and please remember to drink lots of water and fill up on snacks so your experience is as safe as it is delicious. Cheers!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
