I'm getting ready for the DL Half Marathon coming up in September and was wondering what time the race actually starts. I want to make breakfast reservations for after and want to plan accordingly...not to mention I want to know how early to get up!

    Hi Shannon!

Your race will be here very soon!  I am sure you are super excited:)

The half marathon will begin at 5:30 a.m., and you will need to be in your corral no later than 5 a.m.  So, you will need to determine your wake up time based on where you are staying.

I would add your estimated running time, plus your corral start (each corral begins five minutes after the one in front of it), and then give yourself at least an hour and a half of cool-down and travel time to your breakfast destination.  The great thing about Disneyland is that everything is really close by and within walking distance to where the race ends.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions, and good luck at the race!!
